Frank Salazar - CC Head Chef / Kitchen Supervisor
Although Frank has been cooking for 20 plus years, he decided to pursue it as a career in 2009. After graduating from the Culinary Arts Program through the College of Western Idaho, Frank interned at Hillcrest Country Club. He has worked in the kitchens of the Bardenay, Kanack Attack and the Riverside Hotel.
Frank’s philosophy on cooking is to use the freshest ingredients available, and to present dishes that appeal to all the senses. He is honored to work with seniors and takes great pride in his profession.
Frank is always smiling and can often be heard singing away in the kitchen. He enjoys spending time with his lovely wife Amy, and his three beautiful children - Antonio, Mariah & Elliatt.
Holly Anne Hart, RN - Director of Nursing Services
While living in Illinois with a young family, Holly graduated with her RN in 2009. She began her nursing career at Carle Foundation Hospital on the Step-Down Unit caring for critically ill patients. During this time she worked with seasoned nurses and was able to hone her assessment and triage skills; abilities that are vital to successful patient care.
Following a move to Idaho in 2011, Holly worked for several years in cardiology at both St. Luke’s Meridian and St. Luke’s Boise serving alongside many local physicians. She has additionally had the good fortune to work in home health and to teach nurse assistant courses for the College of Western Idaho.
Through all of these opportunities Holly has grown to love the seniors of our community and is now happily settled in Assisted Living. This level of care fits her well as she cherishes spending time with residents getting to know their life stories and their families. Holly also finds great joy in teaching people how to care for themselves and each other.
In the Spring of 2107, Holly will graduate with her Master’s of Science in Nursing with emphasis on education and management.
Enabling her residents to live their best lives is her greatest desire and she is thrilled to have found a company that works toward the same outcome.
