Scot Halladay - Administrator / Owner


Mr. Halladay is one of the owners of Alpine Meadows and was involved with the designing and construction of the facility. Since November 2011, he has been onsite at the facility full-time assisting with the accounting, marketing, building operations and general oversight of facility.


Mr. Halladay graduated from Brigham Young University in 1997 with a Bachelor and Master Degrees in Accounting. His professional career began after graduation from college in Spokane Washington with an international accounting firm. In 2001 he moved back to Boise to be closer to family. Mr. Halladay has successfully run several businesses over the past few years. His time at Alpine Meadows has been particularly rewarding because of his interaction with the residents and their families.


Mr. Halladay enjoys spending time with his family – Jenniffer his wife and 5 kids, from watching violin recitals to soccer and basketball games.

Beth Ann Parker

Beth Ann Parker - Nurse


Beth is a well-traveled individual having been raised in Puerto Rico and later moving to the states to study in Chicago, Illinois. She started her nursing career in 1979 and has since worked in New Jersey, California and Tennessee. She and her husband of 45 years, Keith, became missionaries with Mission Aviation Fellowship and she continued nursing in Indonesia. Their last mission brought the family to Idaho where she began teaching training courses for CNA ‘s at the College of Western Idaho. Beth has been here at Alpine Meadows for several months and has truly enjoyed getting to know our seniors, hearing their stories and keeping them healthy. At home, Beth enjoys spending time with her family, including her two children and 3 grandchildren.

Mikka Casady

Mikka Casady - Clinical Supervisor


Mikka comes to Alpine Meadows with more than 26 years experience working in healthcare. She began her career in senior living as a teenager. Her mother was a nurse at a local nursing home and Mikka spent her summers as a candy striper and worked up to becoming a nursing assistant. In 2002 she began working as a manager for an alzheimers and dementia facility in Nampa. She quickly moved up in the company and has since worked in various administrative capacities as well as marketing and activities. Mikka has audited facilities to ensure compliance in all rules and regulations and assisted with state surveys. And after completing two years at Boise State University, Mikka has somehow found time to return to school to become an AEMT (advanced emergency medical tech). At home, Mikka and her husband James share their space with a Great Dane and a French bulldog. They enjoy riding motorcycles and spending time with family; especially their 7 children ages 5 – 23.

JODI FALCONE

Jodi Falcone - Activities Director


Jodi Perry has had the wonderful pleasure of working with seniors as an activity director for more than 10 years. She is a regular performer in community theatre throughout the valley and enjoyed playing to residents at senior living facilities so much – she decided to make it a career! Jodi has a Bachelor’s degree in Theatre from Boise State University and is the founder of Radio Days, a local group performing classic radio programs. She loves spending time with seniors, being creative, active and having fun. When not on stage or working, Jodi enjoys time with her husband David, and their four daughters.
